CYPRUS 1/6 - DRAWING INTERVENTION


Audit Chaos (2015) Predetermined surface [4B graphite stick on post-it notes]

Day one of a week long adventure at Cyprus School of Art was kick started by a blissfully sunny Sunday morning. Left pacing the place I couldn't help but observe the patina to every surface exposed and weathered by a climate inflicting a radiant heat. 

On each of the washing lines pegs were left as traces of the presence of previous inhabitants, using these locations I took a post-it note and lined up the location of the peg with a location on the wall. From this I took a rubbing off the wall and pegged it up in the original location of the peg.
